The procedure for issuing the certificate of electronic digital signature key
The procedure for issuing the key certificate of the Electronic Digital Signature (FDE) to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign natural and legal persons, as well as stateless persons carrying out activities in the countries of the Consular Embassy ( Spain and Portugal).
To obtain an electronic digital signature (EDS) key certificate, the applicant must personally go to the Embassy and present the following documentation:
PHYSICAL PERSON
1. Application addressed to the Consul of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Spain (print a copy).
2. Completed form (print the form). The form must be filled out electronically and printed at the end. A fully completed form with detailed data in each column, without corrections or modifications, is considered valid.
3. Original passport and a copy of all pages, including blank pages (2 pages on an A4 sheet).
4. Personal Identification Number of an Individual (NIPI) obtained in the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you do not have one, at the Embassy you can apply for a NIPI.
5. Document proving the legal stay of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan or a stateless person in the foreign country. In particular, the corresponding visa label in the passport, the residence permit or an independent certificate from the competent authorities of Spain and Portugal stating that the applicant has a residence permit. The document presented must be translated into Russian by a sworn interpreter.
6. USB flash drive for FDE key certificate - 1 pc.
7. Copy of proof of payment of consular fees:
a) for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan - 40 EUR;
b) for foreign citizens - 70 EUR.
LEGAL PERSON
1. Notarial letter addressed to the Consul of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Spain (translated into Russian). This letter must clearly indicate the full name of the legal entity and the tax identification number (NIF). The letter must be translated into Russian by a sworn translator.
2. Letter from a legal person and a power of attorney to issue an electronic digital signature (FDE) key and a FDE key certificate to the owner of this private key. If the owner of the electronic digital signature (FDE) is a representative of a legal entity (except for the head of the legal entity), the surname, first name, patronymic and title of the owner of the FDE key certificate shall be specified in the form .

Payment for all consular procedures at the embassy is made by prior transfer before going to the embassy (transfer receipt). In this case, a copy of the receipt is attached to the documents.
